Our Process

  1. Quote & Material Selection

In person: Bring in some basic dimensions and drawings of your project! One of our sales consultants will walk through different material choices with you and help you pick out the perfect material for your home. After a material is selected, we can get you an estimate for your project.

Over email: Send us your basic measurements and drawings to our email info@pacificislandstonemarket.ca and let us know what material you’re interested in. Not sure what material to choose? No worries- check out our online inventory and suppliers, or give us a call to discuss some options. Once we get all of the information from you, we will email you back with an estimate shortly.

2. Templating

After your material is selected and a deposit is paid, its time to schedule a template!
One of our skilled template crew will take on-site measurements with their high technology equipment to ensure that your new countertops are custom fit to your cabinets and home. Once templated, our team will email you the drawings that are created from the template, and ask you for approval. Please ensure that you look over your drawings to ensure that all of the information is correct. Once the drawings have been approved by you, your drawings will be put into the fabrication queue.

3. Fabrication

We utilize the latest technology in the industry to stimulate the nesting and the vein match of any project digitally. This is faster and more accurate than any other process. Our experienced production team will then cut, shape, and polish the stone on our state-of-the-art CNC fabrication machines with the greatest precision, transforming the raw slabs into you new beautiful crafted countertops, fireplace, or other project.

4. Installation

Once all of your pieces are cut and every piece is quality checked, its time for the pieces to head out to the door and head to your home!

The pieces are carefully loaded and delivered to your home by our highly trained installers. The installers will land the pieces to ensure that all pieces fit perfectly, secure the pieces and mount all of the sinks and drill all of the tapholes.

After installation is complete, the install team will do a thorough walk through with you to make sure that you’re happy with the installation. Our #1 priority is to make sure that you’re delivered a product that you’re happy with and our installers will make sure that that is the case.
